At Rags and Rotties, we have been building our reputation as a trusted Pet Breeder in Rhode Island and New England since we bred our first kittens back in 2019. We take our responsibilities very seriously and strive to ensure the health, safety and well-being of all our pets. We raise our animals in our household with our children. They are social, and well adjusted pets. That’s why the happiest days for us are when our animals go home to loving and welcoming families.
